Strap a power wheel to both ankles and perform 1 set of 15 for each of the
following movements:
* Jacknife—Start in push-up position. Bring feet toward hands.
Keep legs straight and raise hips.
* Push-up—Perform push-up keeping core tight to maintain balance.
* Jacknife & Push-up—Perform Jacknife followed by Push-up.
