• Kneel on one leg with shoulders perpendicular to Keiser machine

• With both hands, pull cord across at mid-torso level

• Do not rotate shoulders during pull

• Push cord toward ground with arm closest to machine

• Do not side bend during push

• Repeat to opposite side
