Exercise: Walking Lunge (H)

• Stand with feet hip width apart

• Step forward into lunge

• Drop back knee toward floor, but do not touch

• Keep back straight with slight lean forward

• Do not let front knee shift past toes

• Drive off front leg to starting position

• Repeat for opposite leg
