• Move around cones: twice from the right, twice from the left
• Perform the following movements
• Backpedal, sprint, backpedal
• Shuffle, sprint, backpedal
• Sprint, backpedal, sprint
• Sprint, backpedal, shuffle
• Rest 60 seconds between patterns
