  • Slightly bend knees and lean forward at waist until back is nearly parallel to ground
  • Hang arms straight down from body so palms face behind you and shoulder blades are slightly pinched together
  • Drive elbows back, keeping arms bent to raise dumbbells to shoulder height
  • Lower weight to start position
