  • Sit at incline bench with feet under knees and shoulder blades pinched together
  • Arch back slightly and inflate chest
  • Using a grip no wider than shoulder width, lift bar from pins and position over throat with wrist and elbows under bar
  • Lower bar with control until it touches upper chest and shoulders
  • Explode bar off chest keeping elbows under bar; drive bar straight up, not over your eyes
