  • Stand in front of box with feet straight ahead, shoulder-width apart
  • Hold dumbbell in each hand at chest level
  • Step onto box with one leg; pushing through heel, stand up straight and balance
  • Flex other leg at hip and knee; then press dumbbells overhead, fully extending arms
  • Return dumbbells to chest; step off box to start position
  • Repeat for specified reps
