Exercise: DB Front Step-Up to Balance and Shoulder Press

- Stand in front of box with feet straight ahead, shoulder-width apart
- Hold dumbbell in each hand at chest level
- Step onto box with one leg; pushing through heel, stand up straight and balance
- Flex other leg at hip and knee; then press dumbbells overhead, fully extending arms
- Return dumbbells to chest; step off box to start position
- Repeat for specified reps
