  • Stand with feet straight ahead, shoulder-width apart, knees straight
  • Hold dumbbell in each hand with arms by sides
  • Perform three-quarter squat as if sitting into chair; squeeze glutes and stand fully upright
  • Shrug shoulders toward ears; hold
  • Rise on toes to calf raise
  • Reverse order of exercise to return to start position
  • Repeat for specified reps
