Exercise: DB Turning Step-Up to Balance and Shoulder Press

- Stand beside box with feet straight ahead, shoulder-width apart
- Hold dumbbell in each hand at chest level
- Step onto box, turning 90 degrees, with one leg; push through heel to stand straight up and balance
- Flexing other leg at hip and knee, press dumbbells overhead, fully extending both arms
- Return dumbbells to chest and step off box to start position
- Repeat for specified reps
