  • On all fours, draw in belly button and tuck chin under
  • Raise left arm so thumb points up and extend right leg behind. Keep back flat
  • Keep lifted arm and leg straight until both are in line with body
  • Hold for two seconds; repeat on opposite side
  • Perform specified reps
