Exercise: Quadruped Arm, Opposite Leg Raise

On all fours, draw in belly button and tuck chin under
Raise left arm so thumb points up and extend right leg behind. Keep back flat
Keep lifted arm and leg straight until both are in line with body
Hold for two seconds; repeat on opposite side
Perform specified reps
