Exercise: Zig-Zag With Touchdown
|
- Stand to one side of ladder
- Step sideways, placing one foot into ladder, then bring opposite foot into same rung
- Step sideways again, taking foot out of ladder
- Balancing on outside foot, squat, reach across body and touch hand to foot
- Stand, bringing opposite foot forward into next rung
- Change direction, bringing foot outside ladder to beside foot in box
- Repeat pattern up and down ladder
