Exercise: Zig-Zag With Touchdown

  • Stand to one side of ladder
  • Step sideways, placing one foot into ladder, then bring opposite foot into same rung
  • Step sideways again, taking foot out of ladder
  • Balancing on outside foot, squat, reach across body and touch hand to foot
  • Stand, bringing opposite foot forward into next rung
  • Change direction, bringing foot outside ladder to beside foot in box
  • Repeat pattern up and down ladder
