  • Stand so body is 90 degrees to ladder
  • Step one foot forward into ladder
  • Bring other foot into same rung
  • Step forward again, out of ladder; bring other foot beside it
  • Step diagonally backward, placing one foot into next rung
  • Bring other foot into box beside it
  • Step backwards, placing start foot out of ladder
  • Bring other foot out of ladder
  • Repeat pattern up and down ladder
