Exercise: Single-Leg Hurdle Hops

•    Place one six- to eight-inch hurdle on ground
•    Balance on right leg facing hurdle
•    Hop over hurdle; hold landing for three seconds
•    Return to start position; repeat
•    Perform 10 hops with each leg
