Holding med ball in front, assume athletic stance facing wall with feet slightly wider than shoulder width
Rotate left until med ball is at left hip
Leading with hips, explosively rotate right to throw ball against wall as hard as possible
Catch rebound and repeat for specified reps
Perform set on opposite side
