Exercise: Wall Snatch Squat Press

  • Place physioball between butt and wall
  • Hold Olympic bar [or lighter bar] on shoulders behind neck
  • Squat so ball rolls up back; rapidly shoulder press bar once, reaching below parallel-squat position
  • Come out of squat while maintaining extended elbows overhead
  • After resuming starting position, lower bar to start position
  • Repeat movements for specified reps
