- Start in split-squat stance with right leg forward six feet away from wall; hold med ball in shot put position on right side of body and face wall
- Squat to parallel position while rotating hips to the right
- Explode up while rotating toward wall and throw med ball, fully extending right arm upon release; repeat for specified reps
- Switch ball and rotation to left side; repeat for specified reps
- Switch stance to put left leg forward; repeat exercise on both sides
