- Start in upright position with feet slightly wider than hip width
- Extend arms back and get into proper squatting technique with hips back, heels on ground, chest and head up and knees behind toes
- Explode up and laterally right by pushing through floor and using arms as momentum
- Land softly on ground in proper squat position; repeat for specified reps
- Switch to jumping laterally left; repeat for specified reps
