Exercise: Off-Bench Oblique Twist

  • Lie on side on bench with hip bone slightly off, using hand to hold self up
  • Have partner firmly hold ankles
  • Fold arms on chest and try to touch head to floor while keeping body as straight as possible
  • At bottom, raise shoulders and head up to ceiling while returning to start position
  • Repeat for specified reps
  • Perform on opposite side
