  • Lie on floor on back with knees bent and both hands extended overhead
  • Leading with chin and chest towards ceiling, contract abs and raise shoulders off floor
  • Extend arms and raise legs toward ceiling and try to touch hands to toes
  • Lower with control; repeat for specified reps
