Exercise: Weighted Vest Inverted Pull-Up

- Set pegs on rack so bar height will be below chest height but above belly button
- Wearing weighted vest, position body under bar and grasp it slightly wider than shoulders in overhand grip
- Hang from bar with arms fully extended and allow only heels touch floor, keeping body straight
- Pull body up until chest touches bar
- Slowly lower to start position; repeat for specified reps
