Exercise: Lawn Mower

  • Holding dumbbell in right hand, assume staggered stance with left foot forward; slightly flex both knees
  • Maintain slight forward lean with upper body so chest is over left knee
  • Extend right arm toward ground, then pull dumbbell until hand is at chest
  • Lower with control; repeat for specified reps
  • Perform with right foot forward and left arm for specified reps
