Exercise: Lead Leg Over Hurdle/Backwards Apart-Together-Apart-Skip [see diagram for set up]

  • Begin at Cone 1 and run to hurdles
  • Lift lead leg over hurdle while hopping on trail leg to next hurdle
  • Run around Cones 2 and 3
  • With back toward ladder, hop into first square with both feet
  • Hop backward and separate feet, placing them outside of second square
  • Hop backward into third square with both feet
  • Repeat sequence for duration of ladder
  • Skip backward through fourth square
  • Face forward and run around Cone 4 and back to start position
Repeat for specified reps
