- Begin at Cone 1 and run to hurdles
- Lift lead leg over hurdle while hopping on trail leg to next hurdle
- Run around Cones 2 and 3
- With back toward ladder, hop into first square with both feet
- Hop backward and separate feet, placing them outside of second square
- Hop backward into third square with both feet
- Repeat sequence for duration of ladder
- Skip backward through fourth square
- Face forward and run around Cone 4 and back to start position
