Exercise: Volleyball Speed Lunge and Jump

  • Assume athletic stance with feet shoulder-width apart
  • Keeping back flat and head straight, perform three shuffle steps without feet touching to right
  • Explosively jump as high as possible and fully extend arms overhead
  • Land softly and perform three shuffle steps to left without feet touching
  • Explosively jump as high as possible and fully extend arms overhead
  • Repeat for specified reps
