Chicken is chicken, right? Wrong. While some poultry dinners are healthy, full of protein and low in fat, others are greasy, fatty and packed with calories. Check out how chicken changes from phat to fat, depending on how it’s prepared.

Roasted with the skin
Roasted chicken with the skin has only 29 grams of protein but is significantly lower in calories (193) and fat (8 grams).

Deep fried
A deep-fried bird is loaded with 364 calories (167 from fat), 18.5 grams of fat and 35 grams of protein.
