Condition for your upcoming season with the Pitt wrestling team’s metabolic bike program. Perform the following routine twice a week leading up to the season:

* If level 10 is too easy, bump up to 12

When you think your lungs, legs and heart are ready, test yourself with the Panthers’ Fitness Challenge.

Fitness Challenge:

Try to average 82 RPM for 15 minutes, which adds up to about six miles.
