X-Men: The Last Stand, the last chapter of the X-Men trilogy, releases on DVD Oct. 3. Scientists develop a treatment to rid the mutants of their special powers, but the mutants resist it. Pressures mount, conflicts break out—between mutants and men, and among mutants—and the battle to end all battles is played out.

Simultaneous with this release, 20th Century Fox is also making available (for $45) the complete three-movie set (X-Men, X2: X-Men United, and X-Men: The Last Stand). Loaded with extra features, including deleted scenes, alternate endings and plenty of commentary, the set makes it possible for you to watch your favorite fight scenes again and again. It comes with a free 100-page commemorative book, including a new story penned by X-Men creator, Stan Lee, as well as reprints of his three favorite X-Men comics.
