D-I basketball’s quiet period

For Division I men’s basketball prospects, this is the first day of the quiet period, meaning that authorized college athletic department staff members cannot leave their campuses to make in-person recruiting contacts. The period ends July 5. The quiet period for D-I women’s basketball ends on the same day, but begins April 18.

Telephone calls to D-IA and I-AA football prospects end

Division I-A and I-AA football prospects: you can receive one phone call per college from May 1 through May 31 of your junior year.
