Baseball is played from a stationary position, so you need to be able to react and then accelerate from a dead stop. To improve our agility we do reaction drills, because they simulate base stealing and getting out of the box quickly.

Sisk is the strength and conditioning coach to the 2007 SEC regular season and tournament champion Vanderbilt Commodores.
