Overview: You can hit treys from way beyond the arc and run the 40 faster than most Combine prospects, but how's your balance? Test it on Wii's newest active-play package. Using the Wii pressure-sensitive balance board, you can challenge your entire body's strength, balance, stamina and flexibility. When you're ready, prove your prowess to the rest of the team. Compete against and track the progress of up to seven of your buddies right on the screen.

Release Date: May 19

Wii Balance Board [included with Wii Fit]: Try your balance on the board with yoga; play motion-sensitive games; or use it as a platform for elevated push-ups.

More than 40 training activities in four categories:

Aerobic: Short 10-minute exercises, including dance moves that get your heart pumping

Muscle-building: Using controlled motions to play, tone your muscles just by gaming

Yoga: Is your body as flexible as it is strong? Find out by doing basic yoga poses on the board

Balance: Ski a slalom, walk a tightrope or head soccer balls to challenge your overall equilibrium

Set goals and track progress: Sync your Mii with Wii Fit to store your height, weight and BMI. You can also set goals, such as getting to a certain strength level or reaching a specific flexibility-then track your progress.
