Pass your skills in front of college coaches all you want during a tourney. Just don't kill your recruiting opportunities by violating NCAA rules and regs.

Is contact between a college coach and a prospective athlete permitted during a tournament?
No. For competitions that require more than one day of participation on your part [e.g., a tournament], recruiting contact between you and a coach is not permitted before the start of or during the competition. Contact cannot be made until the competition concludes, and you're released to the locker room. Also, it is impermissible to pass notes or send electronic messages at the tournament site.

Check out ncaa.org for more recruiting rules and regulations.
