“Look good, feel good, play good.” It’s an old saying that’s especially true for action sports athletes, whose clothes require both style and comfort. To combine both qualities and add a performance element to their threads, Quiksilver has designed the Signature Coolmax Denim collection.

Legendary pro skater Reese Forbes helped design the denim, with both performance and style in mind. “I bring in different inspirations from things I see and different details from things I like,” Reese says. As for the performance features: “The jeans are like a stretch denim, but you don’t lose any of the look. [The fabric] is really breathable and [pulls] sweat away from you; they actually dry off quickly. It’s a really functional jean for skaters.”

Reese concludes, “The skaters I’ve talked to who have worn them really like the style and comfort.“
