Every time the Florida Gators head to their lockers, their fire is fueled by a quote from Lane Kiffin, head coach of their SEC rivals, the Tennessee Volunteers.

The locker room should be your home away from home, a place of motivation, maybe even relaxation. Have everyone pick a favorite quote and paint or post it on a wall. If you’ve got the funds, add a TV. Make the locker room a place that inspires you and your teammates and where you all like to hang out.
