Take down midseason stress or boost your team bonds in the off-season with an afternoon of paintballing. All you need are your crew and lots of testosterone.

Paintball is an active, addicting, fun way to transform your team into a band of brothers. Just ask the Columbus Crew, ’09 MLS champs, or the Washington Capitals, ’09 NHL Southeast Division champs. Both teams have spent a day shooting each other with globs of paint.

Two pieces of advice: 1. Wear proper gear to protect yourself. 2. Don’t shoot until you see the whites of your teammates’ eyes.
